All admission tickets can be purchased online or at the park, subject to availability. Purchasing tickets online is recommended for a faster check-in experience. All ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.Gator Country does not offer refunds for:
• Change of plans
• Late arrival
• Weather conditions
• Unused tickets

Date Changes & Transfers

If you are unable to attend on your selected date, you may contact us to request a date change or transfer.

Weather Policy

Gator Country remains open during most weather conditions.
However:
• Certain shows or experiences may be delayed or canceled due to weather
• Weather-related changes do not qualify for refunds

Group Events, Field Trips & Parties

All group events, field trips, and parties require advance communication to confirm availability. Because these are not booked online, specific details and policies will be discussed directly with our team. Swamp Tours

Swamp tours must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

No-Show Policy
